About our Photographers: Nathan Gerhart is the Youth Pastor at Central Lutheran Church in Yakima and has been shooting sports since college. Gary Paulson is the official photographer for the Kamiakin Braves and has recently created his new web site (GaryPaulson.SmugMug.com) to have a means to share his love of photography. Cruzita Pena is the mother of a member of the Eisenhower XC Girls Varsity team. James Thomas is the webmaster for SunfairRun.com. Gary and James both have twin boys who run/ran XC and Track. All are amateurs who express their love of the sport through their photography.

The teams looked impressive going into the season. The girls placed 4 runners under 16 minutes, 1 better than last year's State Championship team. The boys had 7 runners under 20 minutes. Almost everyone posted a PR today. Santos Vargas passed Coach Robert Price on the All-Time list posting a 17:42 for 3rd place All-Time.
